HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY STATEMENT
H & H Brown regard the promotion of health and safety on a continuing basis as a mutual objective for all workers. The responsibility for implementing our policy on health and safety lies with all employees.
It is the policy of H & H Brown to do everything that is reasonably practicable to prevent personal injury, damage to property and the environment, including clients and public, in so far as their contact with H & H Brown, its products and services.
We are committed to providing and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment at all work sites with full compliance with all statuary regulations.
We will provide information, training and supervision for all workers to ensure safe and efficient performance in all areas of our business and all aspects of a workers duties. Ensure availability and familiarisation of all necessary safety devices, protection equipment and clothing. Further, to supervise their use to ensure continuing adherence and compatibility to this policy.
Maintain a constant and continuing interest in all aspects of health and safety and environmental matters applicable to H & H Brown’s and client’s activities, and to consult, listen and respond openly to workers, customers, neighbours and interested groups that work with us.
It is expected of each and every worker to work in a safe and efficient manner, with special regard for others within the vicinity of their working area.
Workers shall report all incidents that have occurred or may lead to injury or damage, and also assist in any investigation so that steps may be taken to prevent recurrence.

Insurance
We have cover for 5 million pounds public liability insurance for fencing and 2 million pounds public liability insurance for tree surgery,including employers liability insurance.
